AI SDR pricing in 2026: what five tools charge, and what to check
An AI SDR is software that finds new prospects, writes to them and books meetings. Below is what five of them charge, taken from each company's own website, what to check before you buy, and the other way to get more meetings: recovering the ones you already have.
In short
What they charge: two of the five publish a price. HubSpot's Breeze Prospecting Agent charges $1 per recommended lead, and AiSDR $1.50 per person prospected. Qualified, Artisan and 11x quote on request.
Before you buy: an AI SDR finds new leads. If your team is already losing meetings with leads it has (no-shows, unanswered replies, forgotten follow-ups), ClozQ recovers those, and charges only for meetings that actually take place.
What is an AI SDR?
An SDR, or sales development representative, finds new prospects, contacts them and books meetings for account executives. An AI SDR is software that does parts of that job: it finds and researches prospects, writes outreach, sends it and handles replies, often with little human review.
How AI SDRs charge
- Per lead or person: a fee for each lead recommended or each person contacted (HubSpot Breeze, AiSDR).
- Credits: a monthly volume of credits sized to how many leads you contact (Artisan).
- Volume contracts: plans priced by web sessions or active email contacts, usually on a contract (Qualified, AiSDR team plans).
- Quote on request: no public price; you book a demo (11x, Qualified, Artisan).
AI SDR pricing at a glance
Prices as listed on each company's own website, checked October 27, 2026. They change often, so check the current page before you buy. More detail: Breeze Prospecting Agent pricing and Qualified Piper alternatives.
| Tool | What it does | Listed price |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot Breeze Prospecting Agent | Researches prospects inside HubSpot and recommends leads for outreach | $1 per recommended lead (100 HubSpot Credits) |
| Qualified Piper | AI SDR agent for inbound pipeline across your website and email | Not listed; plans quoted on request |
| Artisan (Ava) | Outbound on autopilot: finds leads, runs email and social campaigns, books meetings | Not listed; credit-based plans, talk to sales |
| 11x (Alice) | Email and social agents that research accounts and write outreach | Not listed; demo only |
| AiSDR | Finds people and runs multichannel outreach | $1.50 per person prospected (pay as you go); team plans by volume |
| ClozQ (not an AI SDR) | Recovers meetings with leads you already have: no-shows, unanswered leads, forgotten follow-ups | Small platform fee + a fee per sourced meeting that's actually held |
What to look for in AI SDR tools
- Who approves each email. Fully automatic sending is fast, but every message goes out in your company's name. Check whether you can review drafts first.
- Your email domain. Sending a lot of cold email can hurt your domain's reputation. Ask whether the tool sends from separate mailboxes.
- Where the leads come from. Ask which data source it uses and how contacts are checked.
- CRM fit. Does it read and update HubSpot or Salesforce, and avoid contacting your customers and open deals?
- Cost per held meeting. A price per lead or credit tells you little on its own. Estimate what you'll pay per meeting that actually takes place, as in our Breeze pricing example.
Two ways to get more meetings
An AI SDR adds new leads at the top. The other way is to stop losing meetings with leads you already have: the demo no-show nobody rebooked, the inbound lead that waited a day for a reply, the "call me next quarter" nobody wrote down. Those buyers already showed interest in you.
Recover the meetings you already have
ClozQ isn't an AI SDR: it never contacts strangers or sends email on its own. It finds the no-shows, unanswered leads and forgotten follow-ups in your HubSpot, calendar and inbox, and drafts each follow-up for your rep to send. You pay a small platform fee plus a fee only for sourced meetings that are actually held. See how it works.
It also works alongside an AI SDR: when a meeting it booked lands in a rep's calendar and becomes a no-show, ClozQ catches it. The free audit shows how many meetings your team lost last quarter, using read-only access.

What is an AI SDR?
Software that does parts of a sales development rep's job: it finds and researches new prospects, writes and sends outreach, handles replies and books meetings.
How much does an AI SDR cost?
It depends on the pricing model. Of the five tools we checked on October 27, 2026, two publish prices: HubSpot's Breeze Prospecting Agent charges $1 per recommended lead, and AiSDR $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go. Qualified, Artisan and 11x quote on request.
Is ClozQ an AI SDR?
No. An AI SDR finds and contacts new prospects. ClozQ recovers meetings with leads you already have, and your rep sends every email.
Can I use ClozQ with an AI SDR?
Yes. When a meeting your AI SDR booked lands in a rep's calendar and turns into a no-show, ClozQ catches it and drafts the reschedule for the rep to send.
