1. Connect read-only

You link HubSpot, Google Calendar or Outlook, and Gmail or Outlook mail. ClozQ reads; it doesn't write to your CRM or send anything during setup. Inbox access can start with a sample of reps.

ClozQ then scans for the moments where interest went quiet: a demo no-show nobody rebooked, a positive reply asking for times that's still unanswered, a missed inbound call, a demo form submitted without a booking, a "try me next quarter" whose date has passed, and old inbound leads nobody ever contacted.

2. ClozQ prepares the follow-up
