FAQ

Frequently asked questions

ClozQ finds the sales meetings your team is losing and wins them back, and you pay only for sourced meetings that are actually held. Here are the questions sales leaders ask most.

Questions and answers

What counts as a held meeting?

A meeting ClozQ sourced that actually took place, shown by video-call attendance or a confirmed calendar record. Each type has a written rule we agree before we start.

What if we would have booked it anyway?

We never bill meetings already on the calendar, people your team was already talking to, or anything your team followed up on first. Dispute any line you disagree with.

Does ClozQ email prospects for us?

No. ClozQ puts drafts in your rep's own inbox. Your rep sends them.

Which CRMs do you support?

HubSpot today, with Salesforce and Pipedrive next. ClozQ runs on your inbox, calendar and calls, so your CRM is an integration, not a requirement.

What does the free audit need?

Read-only access to your CRM and calendar. Inbox access is optional and only for a sample of reps. Nothing is written or sent during the audit.

Does ClozQ send emails to prospects automatically?

No. ClozQ writes drafts into your rep's own inbox. The rep reviews, edits if needed, and sends.

Which tools does ClozQ connect to?

HubSpot for CRM, Gmail or Outlook for email, Google Calendar or Outlook for calendars, and Zoom or Google Meet for attendance. Salesforce and Pipedrive are next.

How long does setup take?

The free audit needs about 15 minutes of your time: connecting read-only access and a short review of the results.

Is there a minimum contract or per-seat fee?

There are no per-seat fees. The platform fee is flat and the meeting fee is capped at a monthly ceiling you choose.

Do I need to buy credits?

No. Billing is monthly, based on held meetings, with no credits.

Is pay-per-held-meeting the same as pay-per-lead?

No. Pay-per-lead charges for a contact or recommendation. Pay-per-held-meeting charges only when a sourced meeting actually takes place.

How is a held meeting verified?

By attendance in the video call (for example Zoom or Google Meet) or a confirmed calendar record, following a rule agreed before billing starts.

Which HubSpot plans does ClozQ work with?

ClozQ connects to HubSpot through its API with read-only access for the audit. Tell us your Sales Hub tier during the audit and we'll confirm what's covered.

Does ClozQ replace HubSpot sequences or the scheduler?

No. It covers what those tools miss: leads and meetings that slipped through and need a human follow-up.

Does ClozQ use HubSpot credits?

No. ClozQ bills separately, only for sourced meetings that were actually held.

Who is the audit for?

Teams of 5 to 50 reps on HubSpot with Gmail or Outlook, with steady inbound leads and meetings booked every week.

How do I track meeting no-shows in HubSpot?

HubSpot lets you set a meeting outcome (such as No show) manually or with meeting-based workflows, but it can't tell on its own whether the buyer joined. ClozQ uses the video call's attendance data to know.

Does ClozQ send reminders too?

Yes. Meeting reminders are included in the platform fee. Recovery of no-shows is the billed part, only when the rebooked meeting is held.

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between an inbound lead's request (such as a demo form) and the first human response from your team.

What's a good lead response time?

Minutes, not hours. Research consistently shows the odds of reaching and qualifying a lead fall sharply as response time grows.

How much does HubSpot's Breeze Prospecting Agent cost?

Since April 14, 2026, $1 per lead recommended for outreach, paid as 100 HubSpot Credits per lead.

Does it charge per contact enrolled?

Not anymore. The earlier monthly per-enrolled-contact charge was replaced by the per-recommended-lead charge.
