Pricing explained

HubSpot Breeze Prospecting Agent pricing, explained

Since April 14, 2026, HubSpot charges $1 for each lead the Breeze Prospecting Agent recommends for outreach, paid as 100 HubSpot Credits per lead. Before that, it charged a recurring monthly fee for every contact enrolled. Here's what the change means and how to estimate your cost.

How the pricing works

  • $1 per recommended lead: you're charged when the agent qualifies a prospect and hands it to your team
  • Paid in HubSpot Credits: 100 credits per recommended lead
  • Replaces the earlier monthly charge per enrolled contact
  • Check HubSpot's product page for which Sales Hub tiers include the agent

Example: estimating a month

If the agent recommends 400 leads a month, that's $400, or 40,000 credits. What matters is what those leads turn into. If 5% become meetings and 70% of those are held, you get 14 held meetings, about $29 per held meeting in agent cost alone, before rep time.

Per lead vs per held meeting

HubSpot's move is a sign the market is shifting toward outcome pricing. A recommended lead is still an input, though. ClozQ charges for the output: a sourced meeting that actually happened. The two do different jobs. The Prospecting Agent finds and researches new prospects; ClozQ recovers interest you already earned that went quiet. How our pricing works.
