HubSpot is buying Warmly: what it means for sales teams
HubSpot announced on June 30, 2026 that it is acquiring Warmly, which identifies individual website visitors and shows buying intent. Warmly says existing contracts, pricing and integrations stay the same for now. Over time, expect person-level intent to show up inside HubSpot itself.
What Warmly does
Warmly identifies people and companies visiting your website, combines that with intent and firmographic data, and routes or follows up through AI agents. HubSpot plans to bring these capabilities into its CRM.
What it means for HubSpot teams
- If you use Warmly: nothing changes immediately; watch for packaging changes as it moves into HubSpot
- If you were evaluating visitor identification: it may soon come with HubSpot, so weigh buying a separate tool
- Either way: more signals means more leads flagged, which only matters if someone follows up
What intent data still won't do
Knowing who is interested isn't the same as getting a meeting. The common failure is after the signal: the alert is ignored, the reply sits unanswered, the meeting no-shows. That's the gap ClozQ covers. See how it works.
