Pay only for meetings that actually happen
ClozQ charges a small platform fee plus a fee for each meeting it sourced that was actually held. No per-seat licences, no credits, and a monthly spend cap you set. If ClozQ recovers nothing, you don't pay for meetings.
The two parts of the bill
Pilot pricing is agreed per team before you start, and each meeting type has a written rule for what counts. Book the free audit and we'll show you the expected range using your own numbers.

The rules we bill by
- Held, not booked. A meeting counts only when the video call or calendar shows it happened. Booked-then-ghosted costs nothing.
- Only what we sourced. Meetings already on the calendar, live conversations, and anything your team followed up on first are never billed.
- One meeting, one bill. A meeting is billed once, never twice across leak types.
- A spend cap you set. Set a monthly ceiling and we never bill above it.
- Dispute any line. Each line links to the email, calendar event and attendance record. A disputed line stays off the invoice until it's resolved.
- Monthly billing. No credits to buy or track.

What counts as a held meeting?
A meeting ClozQ sourced that actually took place, shown by video-call attendance or a confirmed calendar record. Each type has a written rule we agree before we start.
What if we would have booked it anyway?
We never bill meetings already on the calendar, people your team was already talking to, or anything your team followed up on first. Dispute any line you disagree with.
Is there a minimum contract or per-seat fee?
There are no per-seat fees. The platform fee is flat and the meeting fee is capped at a monthly ceiling you choose.
Do I need to buy credits?
No. Billing is monthly, based on held meetings, with no credits.
