Chili Piper alternatives for HubSpot teams in 2026

Chili Piper books and routes meetings from your website forms. Below are the main alternatives for HubSpot teams, with prices from each company's own website, and how ClozQ works alongside any of them to recover the meetings they miss.

In short

The alternatives: HubSpot Meetings (built into HubSpot), Default, RevenueHero and Calendly. All of them book and route meetings, at very different prices.

What a scheduler can miss: the meetings that don't happen. ClozQ works alongside any of them: it catches no-shows, demo requests that never booked and forgotten follow-ups, and drafts the follow-up for your rep to send.

What Chili Piper does

Chili Piper is inbound scheduling and routing software. Its best-known products send leads from web forms to the right rep so they can book straight away (Form Concierge), assign leads from content, webinars and events (Distro), and let SDRs book meetings for account executives (Handoff). It connects to HubSpot, including instant booking from HubSpot forms.

Its pricing page lists the Routing & Scheduling plan from $1,250 a month, including 15 seats and $45 for each extra seat, billed annually. No free plan or trial is listed.

What to compare

  • Instant booking from your forms. Can a lead pick a time the moment they submit your HubSpot form?
  • Routing. Does it send each lead to the right rep, by owner, territory or round robin?
  • HubSpot fit. Does it use HubSpot owners and log meetings back to HubSpot?
  • Pricing model. Platform fee, per seat or both, and whether monthly billing is possible.
  • Setup effort. Who on your team will set up and maintain the routing rules?

HubSpot Meetings

Already part of HubSpot. Any user can create a one-on-one scheduling page, even on HubSpot's free tools. Group and round-robin pages, which spread meetings across a team, need a Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter, Professional or Enterprise subscription and an assigned Sales or Service seat. Good for: HubSpot teams with simple routing that don't want another tool.

Default

Default describes itself as "one platform to manage workflows, enrich records, route leads, and schedule meetings", and connects to HubSpot and Salesforce. Its pricing page lists Growth at $12,000 a year and Enterprise at $25,000 a year, with routing-and-scheduling seats at $540 per user per year. Good for: teams that want routing, enrichment and scheduling in one platform.

RevenueHero

RevenueHero focuses on inbound routing and scheduling: matching leads to their owner and rotating the rest. HubSpot is a native integration on every plan. Essentials lists a $79 monthly platform fee plus $25 per seat, billed yearly ($99 and $35 billed monthly); Advanced is $159 plus $35 per seat, billed yearly. There's no free plan or trial. Good for: HubSpot teams that want instant booking and routing at a lower listed starting price than Chili Piper.

Calendly

Calendly is the best-known scheduler. Its Free plan doesn't connect to HubSpot; Standard ($10 per seat a month) does; Teams ($16 per seat a month) adds round-robin scheduling and routing forms, including routing by HubSpot owner. Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year. Good for: teams that mainly need easy booking links, with light routing.

What a scheduler doesn't catch

A scheduler's job centres on the booking. Some add reminders, and Chili Piper lists re-engagement flows and no-show rules. But many lost meetings happen outside the booking flow: a no-show on a meeting booked by email, a demo request that never turned into a booking, a buyer who replied "call me next quarter". Those still depend on a rep noticing in time.

How ClozQ works with your scheduler

ClozQ isn't a scheduler, and it doesn't replace Chili Piper or any tool above. It catches the meetings they can miss:

  • No-shows. ClozQ confirms from the video call (Zoom or Google Meet) that the buyer didn't join, and drafts a reschedule with real open times from the rep's calendar. See no-show recovery.
  • Demo requests that never booked. It flags demo forms submitted without a booking and alerts the lead owner at once. See speed to lead.
  • Forgotten follow-ups. It keeps promises like "call me next quarter" and drafts the follow-up before the date passes. See dropped follow-ups.

Why it works with any scheduler

Every meeting, whichever tool booked it, ends up in the rep's calendar. That's where ClozQ looks, so it works the same with Chili Piper, HubSpot Meetings, Default, RevenueHero or Calendly. Every draft lands in the rep's own inbox, and the rep sends it.

Keep your scheduler, pay only for meetings that happen

The schedulers above charge a platform fee or per seat, whether or not the meetings take place. ClozQ charges a small platform fee plus a fee for each meeting it sourced that's actually held, checked from the video call, with a monthly spend cap you set. See pricing.
