When a prospect misses a demo, the best chance to rebook is in the first hours. ClozQ confirms the no-show from the video call, drafts a short reschedule with real open times from the rep's calendar, and puts it in the rep's inbox to send.
Why no-shows slip through
Schedulers send reminders, and HubSpot lets you record a meeting outcome. But nothing tells you whether the buyer actually joined. The rep waits, moves on to the next call, and the no-show is never rebooked. The interest was real; the follow-through wasn't.
Industry estimates vary widely, but all sources agree on two patterns: meetings booked further out no-show more often, and meetings booked through cold outbound no-show more than inbound ones.

How do I track meeting no-shows in HubSpot?
HubSpot lets you set a meeting outcome (such as No show) manually or with meeting-based workflows, but it can't tell on its own whether the buyer joined. ClozQ uses the video call's attendance data to know.
Does ClozQ send reminders too?
Yes. Meeting reminders are included in the platform fee. Recovery of no-shows is the billed part, only when the rebooked meeting is held.
